Join us in fostering the future by challenging your pride and joy to have a crack at the Kids' Mara'Fun.
Held on a safe & scenic course in Hagley Park, this is one event where kids are treated as equals. There are categories and distances to suit every age and every finisher wins a medal. – All races will be entirely within Hagley Park on the cycle/foot paths.

The 3k course starts on the west side of the Salisbury Street Bridge, on the grassed area and heads north on the grass parallel to Park Terrace (river on your right).
After approx. 250m the course turns left through the Wild Flower Field.
When you get to the path after approx. 220m, turn right and follow the path north towards Harper Ave. Turn left onto the path headed west alongside Harper Ave for approx. 660m.
Follow the cycle path anti-clockwise around the outside of the park to the corner of Deans Ave and Riccarton Ave.
At Riccarton Ave, turn left into the central cycle path toward Victoria Lake.
Keeping Victoria Lake on your right, continue straight ahead on the central cycle path heading towards the Armagh Street Bridge.
When you get to the course split, turn left and carry on past the toilet block where you will be directed through to the finish line.

When you get to Helmores Lane, turn left heading east towards the uni cycleway for approx. 320m.
Turn left onto the uni cycleway path, and Victoria Lake will be on your right.
When you get to the course split, turn left and carry on past the toilet block where you will be directed through to the finish line.
