Join us in fostering the future by challenging your pride and joy to have a crack at the Kids' Mara'Fun.
Held on a safe & scenic course in Hagley Park, this is one event where kids are treated as equals. There are categories and distances to suit every age and every finisher wins a medal. – All races will be entirely within Hagley Park on the cycle/foot paths.

The 3k course starts on the north side of the Armagh Street Gates, on the grassed area and heads north on the path parallel to Park Terrace (river on your right).
• After approx. 800m the course turns left onto a path headed west alongside Harper Ave.
• Follow this path for 1.1k to the corner of Harper Ave and Deans Ave, where you turn hard left in almost a full circle.
• You are now heading east now, for 775m on a path through the middle of the park to Victoria Lake.
• At Victoria Lake, turn left onto another path that you follow for 130m to a toilet block, where you turn right ontp a path that takes you toward the finish.
• Follow this last path south for 150m where you’ll be directed through the trees into a finish chute on the Village Green for 140m to the finish line.

The 2k course starts on the north side of the Armagh Street Gates, on the grassed area and heads north on the path parallel to Park Terrace (river on your right).
• After approx. 800m the course turns left onto a path headed west alongside Harper Ave.
• After 400m the course turns left again, heading south now for 450m to a toilet block.
• Continue past the toilet block and 150m later you’ll be directed through the trees into a finish chute on the Village Green for 140m to the finish line.

The 1k course starts on the north side of the Armagh Street Gates, on the grassed area and heads north on the path parallel to Park Terrace (river on your right).
• After approx. 300m the course turns left onto a path headed west for 450m to a toilet block.
• Before the toilet block, turn left and follow the path south for 150m where you’ll be directed through the trees into a finish chute on the Village Green for 140m to
the finish line.

Boys & Girls 7-8yrs - 2k
Boys & Girls 9-10yrs - 2k
Boys & Girls 11-12yrs - 3k
Boys & Girls 13-15yrs - 3k.
